Analysis


















Legalizes possession, cultivation, distribution, and sale in liquor stores of any amount of marijuana, hemp, and cannabis for everyone over age 18.

Grants amnesty to people who committed crimes that are no longer illegal under the measure and clears all such criminal records.

Establishes an advisory panel to grant restitution to people previously imprisoned for marijuana crimes.

Directs state officials to challenge federal laws that conflict with this measure.
