Dawn Day is the director of
the Dogwood Center in Princeton, New Jersey. Dr. Day, who holds
a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Michigan, has long written
about drug-related issues, including needle exchanges and harm reduction.
She has also worked on research projects funded by the Carnegie Corporation
and the Ford Foundation.
