Bio


Richard Dennis is the president of the Chicago Resource Center, a grant-making private foundation. He also serves on the boards of the CATO Institute and the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations. Several publications have published Mr. Dennis' views, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and the Chicago Tribune. Mr. Dennis is the president of the Dennis Trading Group and the vice-chairman of C&D Commodities.
