Get the whole family involved

Get the whole family involved in making your community a better and safer place. Encourage your children to volunteer with you. It helps them understand their role in making a difference. Volunteer to sit with the toddlers at church; take cookies to an assisted-living senior center; help pull weeds at the local park cleanup day; clean out closets and donate outgrown clothes and toys to a shelter. You'll all feel great and so will those you help!
