Use the holiday season to build family traditions.

Whether your family celebrates Hanukah, Kwanzaa or Christmas, take the opportunity to create traditions and memories for your children. Even in the most difficult, teen years, your children will respond to those simple, powerful reminders that you are a family. As they grow older, they'll remember these traditions and adapt them to their own families. It's their way of saying "thanks!"
