Californians for Drug-Free Youth (CADFY) supports the development of safe, healthy, and drug-free communities.

• CADFY conducts itself with honor and integrity in all business practices and maintain a business plan that ensures fiscal responsibility and the well-being of it's employees.
• CADFY advocates, develops, supports, and promotes policies and legislation that fosters the health and safety of individuals, families, schools, and communities.
• CADFY designs, develops and provides quality resources to individuals, families, schools, and communities.
• CADFY develops and provides quality training and technical expertise to individuals, families, schools, and communities.
• CADFY designs, develops support programs, campaigns technologies that foster the personal well-being, health and safety of individuals, families, schools, and communities.
