Ms. Reeder joined the National Families in Action team in 2003 as the Director of Finance. Her responsibilities include analysis of financial statements, preparation of budgets, communication of the company's financial position to the Treasurer and Board of Directors, supervision of financial audits and verification of compliance with federal requirements.

She has had previous work experience in several environments, including installing accounting software with Collier Consulting, as a financial analyst for Rollins Communications, and as an auditor with Arthur Young & Company.

Ms. Reeder was raised in Tustin, California and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University. She is the mother of three school-aged children and enjoys spending time outdoors.
